Neolix, a Chinese autonomous robovan maker, has raised nearly $400 million in a Series E round, bringing its cumulative funding to over $1.4 billion.

The round was led by Boyu Capital, with participation from Alibaba's AEF NextGen Fund, Monolith Management, Granite Asia, and Temasek-backed Vertex, according to the company's Tuesday post on LinkedIn.

Its existing shareholders Stone Venture and Trustar Capital also participated in the round, according to a Bloomberg report.

"We'll put this capital to work where it matters as we scale: building localized service hubs in major regions worldwide, and strengthening the closed-loop data training behind our vision-centric, end-to-end AI models," the company said.

The latest funding comes after Neolix raised over $600 million in its Series D financing in October 2025, which it said was the largest private fundraising in China's autonomous driving sector at the time.

Global expansion

Neolix has been expanding its global presence. Last month, it announced plans to establish its European headquarters in Luxembourg as part of its efforts to "build a scalable platform for intra-city delivery" across European markets.

Also in September, the company said it deployed its robovans at a resort on South Korea's Jeju Island, covering a property of roughly 120,000 square meters. In June, it received approval from Malaysia's Ministry of Transport to begin public-road sandbox testing.

As of October, Neolix said it has deployed a fleet of more than 30,000 vehicles across over 20 countries, which have logged roughly 260 million kilometers of autonomous driving. Its main products include Level 4 autonomous delivery vehicles and robovan-as-a-service AI solutions.
